This website is selling woman bags by Internet. The products are managed using the Inventory system. The manager can create and manage products, descriptions, prices, fotos etc online. There is also an online customer registration. The site has a shopping cart, which calculates total weight, and shipping cost (Brasil only). Orders are handled by email. There is other content on the site, like Fashion news, that can be edited by the shop owner using Inventory. There is also a option that allows the owner to send a newsletter to all customers (>1600) in the default layout of the website. |

For the company Ideia Tours, a complete system was developed to make quotations, calculations, reports and invoices. It is used by multiple employees, creating quotations, existing of hotels, excursions, lodges, transfers, and extra services. For each service, rates are pre-defined, but can also be overruled. The system can generate a price-manual, giving a full overview of for example rates for all hotels of all cities. The system works entirely on the intranet, and is also acessible via the Internet with password protection. The system generates quality Word documents with full calculations.
Another system made for ideiatours is a fotodatabase. Using the Inventory system, all fotos are managed, attaching properties. A fotopublication is then made, where each foto is automatically converted to a thumb format and a 400px width format. Each foto also gets a watermark "Ideia Tours". The fotodatabase is available on the internet for registered users. It can be searched with terms like "beach rio do janeiro', giving many photos with that criteria. |
