We have many administrative solutions available. Inventory is a complete modular administrative system that consists of individual components that allows to do many tasks in a company. The components you need can be choosen individually, many combinations are possible. See the list below.

For consultancy services, we can help implementing new systems, such as Mambo (www.mamboserver.com), which is a Content Management System. We can create advanced templates for your site, with popup menus, javascript, dHTML and Ajax, so that you can easily manage and publish your content with the Mambo system.

Contact management Contacts are a central part in the Inventory system, used to store information about employees, suppliers and clients, with all their details and optionally also fotos. Contacts can be related with each other, such as friend relation ships or parent tree relationships. For contacts you can also register anotations in dossiers on different days.	Stock control Inventory can be used as a stock control system. You can register your products, with additional properties and fotos, multiple prices. You can register sales, buys, and even rent. There is a specific part that registers expiry of products, that warns you when products are going to expire. You can work with multiple centres, and do transfers.	Financial management All money streams can be registered in the system. It is possible to define the payment methods, such as cash, cheque, credit card or bank. You can easily see the actual saldo of the bank/cash, and also see how much is to receive from cheques or credit-cards. All financial transactions are grouped by accounts (such as "rent", "salaries") so that you can group your transactions on reports. Reports show the situation of the company at one sight.
Agenda and calendar The agenda can be used for any calendar related tasks. For example, a secretary and a doctor can have access to the doctor's agenda. Or an agenda can be used for a court to play tennis, or for renting an house, to visualise reservations, or even make new reservations.	Dossier management For each contact you can create a dossier, with many custom properties. You can define the properties, and create a file in your dossier for any date. The dossiers can be easily searched to find any contact for a specific value.	Newsletters online Do you want to send emails to your customers in a fixed layout? With inventory you can easily do the trick. Using the contact management, you specify your clients. You define a template only once. To send a new message, you can type your content, with images etc, and you can send the result at once to everybody by email. Simple and very effective!
Foto administration and publishing For products, contacts and articles in the knowledgebase you can store foto's. You can also maintain a general foto database, and categorize with custom definable properties. This way you can quickly find a picture, with specific details. You can then make a foto publication, which allows your clients to easily search on the properties you defined.	Project management You can manage projects and its participants. Each participant will have access to files and other properties of the project. You can hold a communication log which shows all interaction such as phone calls with clients. For each project you can also do hour registration for all the participants. Easy reporting shows you the status of projects for managers.	Content management The knowledgebase is a simple but extremely powerfull module to store content of all kinds. An item in the knowledgebase consists of only a title and content, but every item can contain photos and properties, that make it much more expandible. Every article can be placed in categories, and it is easy to search within all articles. An item can for example be used in publications, or on websites.
Online reporting Get access to reports via Internet. Using a browser, you get the information you need, anytime, anywhere. SmartPC develops the required software.
