Contact management
In contact management you can store all employees, suppliers and clients, with all
relevant data, such as address details, identification, phone numbers etc. You can easily search in the database by typing any part of a name, address or phone number. It is possible to show a list of contacts of a specific CEP zone.
You can also specify relations between contacts (who is the father/mother, weddings, friends etc), use categories for contacts, share an address among multiple contacts (for example, the children of a contact live on the same address, there is no need to repeatedly type the same information for each contact). Relations are automatically related untill the 3rd level, so you can find an uncle/aunt and cousins, by only specifying parent relation ships.
For each contact you can register fotos with descriptions, so that you can easily remember the looks of each one of them.
Contacts are used for many parts in the system: to store dossiers with anotations, as suppliers for buying products, as customers for selling products, as employers for transports, and for financial administration.
Contact management has a database of Brasil that it uses to search addresses only typing a single ZIP code. The full address is then automatically displayed.
