With the product Inventory, you can administer locally or online your photos in database. The fotos may be stored in high quality. For each photo you can add a description, as well as custom made properties that help you finding back your data quickly and easy. With Inventory, at any moment you can make a foto publication, that is a custom made routine, that produces an environment where fotos can be searched on a website, as displayed on the right. The foto publication automatically converts fotos to a smaller size (TIF, BMP etc is converted to JPG automatically), places a typemark, and gives you a set of files that can then be uploaded to a live website. This way, the users on the live website will not have access to the high quality fotos. They can see the ID of each foto, and the resolution in which it is available. Then you can easily find the foto back if needed in the inventory system.

On the website, you can type searches like "beaches Salvador", "animals", "Bahia" and then using a keyword search all thumbs are displayed. 

Results are displayed in a logical way (first the horizontally positioned fotos, and then the vertically positioned fotos). In the details of each picture many details are shown, such as info about the original size, colors, format.

This way it is possible to maintain high quality fotos in your foto database, and in publications only show smaller versions.
