For companies working with projects, this is an interesting option. You can administer all your projects with start and due dates, project description and register the participants (with their roles) of the project. One of them is the project leader (responsible). For each project additional files can be posted, such as fotos, MS Word docs, etc. All this information is accessible for the project members. You can control the access to projects using groups of users.

For each project, there is also a log, accessible for all the members. The messages of this log are linked to a contact (optionally). This way it is possible to register all interaction with your clients and keeping everybody informed.

You can let users see their own projects, and sort them on order of priority, due date and so on, to give a quick overview!
